Special Collections

The history of the German National Library spans more than 100 years. Its holdings include special collections such as the Anne Frank Shoah Library, the Collection of Exile Literature, the map collection, the library of the German National Assembly 1848/49, or the archive and library of the Börsenverein des Deutschen Buchhandels. The special collections include donations, endowments or bequests to the German National Library which supplement the library's holdings.
