Catalogue of the German National Library

Our catalogue contains more than 53,1 million media works. Here you will find books, newspapers, journals, music, digitised works, maps and special collections such as those held by the German Museum of Books and Writing, the German Exile Archive 1933–1945 and the German Music Archive.

The catalogue is part of a portal in which we bundle other library services. If you are a publisher, for example, you can use the portal to submit your mandatory deposit copies. You can also obtain bibliographic and authority data.
