Preserving memories, understanding history, combating antisemitism and strengthening democracy in the present day – these are the Exile Archive's key concerns. We are a place for learning and against oblivion. Our extensive educational programme makes experiences of flight and exile during the National Socialist era accessible to a variety of target groups: for school classes, students, multipliers in the fields of education, culture and society, and the interested general public.
Our educational work promotes critical thinking and empathy while encouraging participants to approach history from multiple perspectives. Participative formats inspire them to reflect on their own beliefs and social responsibility while laying the foundations for an open, democratic culture of remembrance.
Our events are free of charge and usually take place from Monday to Friday. Please use our contact form for enquiries.
