IPM - Integrated pest management

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is a key method for protecting archive and library collections from damage caused by insects, rodents and other pests. The aim is to take preventative measures to avoid pest infestation.

Our IPM includes regular inspections, monitoring using sticky and live traps, climate control (temperature and humidity) as well as optimal storage and cleaning of stocks. IPM ensures the long-term preservation of cultural assets.
