Die Lesesäle der Deutschen Nationalbibliothek Leipzig öffnen am Mittwoch, den 28.05. wegen einer Personalversammlung erst ab 13 Uhr. Die Ausstellungen des Deutschen Buch- und Schriftmuseums sind von 10 bis 18 Uhr geöffnet.

RoboThespian, humanoid robot

The German Digital Library is home not only to cultural artefacts of the past. For example, this RoboThespian from the collection of the Heinz Nixdorf MuseumsForum, Paderborn provides insights into how humans and machines might interact in future. The life-sized humanoid robot not only sings but also speaks texts and quotations.
