How do I go about registering a work in the register of out-of-commerce works administered by the German Patent and Trade Mark Office (DPMA)?

The work is entered into the register of out-of-commerce works (only available in German) automatically when applying for a licence. Our licensing service transmits the application to VG Wort. VG Wort in turn automatically forwards the information to DPMA, which then enters the title in the register of out-of-commerce works.
